Before you join a class, we’ll have a quick pre-assessment call. It’s a relaxed chat where I’ll get to know a bit about you — your health, any injuries or conditions, and what you’re hoping to get out of the sessions. That way, I can make sure everything is safe, suitable, and tailored to your needs.
