Welcome to Emma Bumpstead Physiotherapy ("we", "us", or "our"), trading as Move and Improve Physio, a sole trader business operated by Emma Bumpstead in the United Kingdom.

By accessing our website, subscribing to our services, or attending our in-person classes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide educational content and physical mobility classes. Our content is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.

2. Medical Suitability

You must consult with your GP or a qualified medical professional before engaging in any physical exercise programme, especially if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or have been inactive.

If attending an in-person class, you must notify us of any relevant conditions and confirm you suitability with us directly prior to participation.

3. Liability Disclaimer

You participate entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of our content, services, or classes - whether online or in-person - except in cases of gross negligence or fraud. You understand that all physical activity involves inherent risk.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees must be paid at the time of booking or subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via your account. No refunds are provided for missed classes, cancellations or unused subscriptions, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, routines, and class formats, are protected intellectual property of Emma Bumpstead Physiotherapy. You may not copy, share, or reproduce without permission.

6. Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user who acts inappropriately or fails to follow class instructions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Pre-Assessment Calls
Pre-assessment calls are included in the cost of your first class booking. If a class is not booked within 30 days of the pre-assessment call — for any reason — a £5.00 fee will be charged to cover the time and professional input provided during the call.
